Laura Darrell Leadership Coaching was founded with a single purpose in mind: to help organizations enhance and harness their existing people potential while working to advance strong, collaborative relationships between multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups.

Laura brings over two decades of hands-on, inspiring leadership experience from some of Canada and the world's most iconic brands like Apple, Starbucks. A&W, and Boston Pizza Restaurants, working both for large multi-unit franchisee groups heading up operations and in executive leadership roles in operations, training and field support systems. Her experience working with strategically diverse partners bring unique insights to these often-complex stakeholder relationships. 

She also brings specialized, technical insights from her master's degree in organizational leadership with thesis research focused on how enhanced collaboration between multi-disciplinary stakeholders can lead to better business outcomes for both.
